CONTEXT

WE WILL IMPLEMENT TWO MAIN ACTIVITIES:
1) Training Course in Turkey.
First Main activity of “Migrants and Refugees in Europe: Youth Work for Inclusion” Training Course will be held in Fethiye Turkey 30 October-07 November 2021 with 32 participants (including trainers). They are youth workers, youth trainers and youth leaders from 10 Erasmus+ Programme countries :France, Turkey, UK, Italy, Spain, Germany, Romania, Poland, Bulgaria and Greece.
2) Study Visit in Paris (Exact Dates will be announced after the training course) Study Visit will help the participants to learn more about organizations that support migrants and refugees who fled persecution and found asylum in France. The study visit to will help participants to learn about integration and tales of migrants and refugees , the
work of local experts and organizations and to exchange best tools, methodological approach and practices in the field. They will meet with migrants and refugees, youth and social workers, experts and visit 4 organizations and have a good opportunity for networking and building cooperation.

STRUCTURE

All partners will be actively involved in every stage of the project and contribute to all activities. The course is based on nonformal education methodology. Different exercises, team-building, brainstorming, city game, workshops, role-plays, forum theatre, daily evaluations, working groups, trips, study visits, intercultural evening and other creative activities will be integral part of the course All partners will be actively involved in every stage of the project and contribute to all activities. FOR WHO ?

Erasmus+

Residents of countries (France, Turkey, UK, Italy, Spain, Germany, Romania, Poland, Bulgaria and Greece.) and who are +18. In total, 3 participants from each country.

Priority will be given to participants with fewer opportunities and participants that previously haven’t participated in Erasmus+ projects.

English proficiency is a must.

PROGRAM

Erasmus+

Activities will take place in an international environment where non-formal methods will be used as educational methodolohy. There will be short energizers implemented to increase the energy level of a group and help the brain access its imaginative side. Reflections will happen in a group context as well as individually. Simulations will take place to understand common questions and behaviors related to the topic and discussions will take place in small and big
groups over the topic and related areas.

AFTER GETTING CONFIRMATION from coordinator, to keep all documents related to your travel.
Prepare to bring SNACKS and DRINKS for intercultural night to share & care with your colleagues.
To attend in all the sessions of the project activity and bring lots of positive energy.

PARTNERS SHOULD

  •  Find motivated and proactive participants to include.
  •  Ensure gender balance and fewer opportunities.
  •  Assist travel arrangements of the participants.
  •  Keep support during preparation and dissemination.
  •  Disseminate projects outcomes within your network.
  •  Have effective communication with project coordinator.
  •  Ensure the visibility of the project in your social media.

100% traveling costs (only most economical) are covered, up to the maximum limits per person per country, is shown below; Participants should seach their travel options and later on consult with the Project coordinator to get a confirmation before booking their tickets. All travel documents must be kept, as those documents, tickets and boarding passes will be collected in the TC. Participation fees will be used for outdoor cultural activity transportation and organization.

INSURANCE

Erasmus+

Private Health insurance is going to be arranged for ALL participants and for that arrangement, selected participants will be asked more personal information before their arrival. The following areas will be covered: travel insurance accident and serious illness (including permanent or temporary incapacity); death (including repatriation in case of projects carried out abroad). Insurance will be free as it is also going to be purchased by the participation fees, just like other outdoor activities in Fethiye.

ACCOMMODATION

Training course activities in the Kaizen Gate Hotel and Training Center.
Ölüdeniz, 37. Sk. 10/1, 48340 Fethiye/Muğla
Rooms will be shared by 2/3 people, each room has its own bathroom inside, towels for bathroom, center. There is a pool, as well as the sea very near by the venue, so if you would like to swim, then please bring your own beach towels, shorts, sun creams, bikinis, etc.
